What data we process, why, and how you can control it.
Controller
The data controller for cielario.com is Sevdimali İsayev, based in Poland. Contact: privacy@cielario.com.
What we do not do
There are no user accounts, forms or cookies. We show no advertising and we do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (browser, requested page). Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no user profiles. We only see aggregate figures such as visits per page and per country.
Data stored on your device
If you choose a colour theme or a city, we store that preference in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Your location
The “Use my location” button asks your browser for permission only when you click it. The coordinates are used on your device to find the nearest city and are never sent to a server.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Write to privacy@cielario.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country.
